Really want to do it

I am not happy…. Well, I AM happy, but there are certain things I really need to change.
Because I’m on anti depressants, there are some side affects… and those I am NOT happy about. I’ve been gaining weight. Not a lot, but enough to make me unhappy with what I see in the mirror. So I’ve started watching what I eat, and make sure that I eat at least 4 times a day. I try to have fruit and vegetables that I can snack on during the day and I feel a bit better already, which is a good thing.
The next thing I need to start on, is going to the gym. I work at a football club, and because of this, I get a free membership to their gym. So it’s actually pretty stupid, that I don’t use it! So I’ve written down in my calender that I have to go to the gym on certain days. That way, I knoow I’ll feel guilty if I don’t go on those days. I’m also planning on taking Zumba classes again. I really enjoy it and it’s an amazing workout.

Another thing, exercise-wise, is that I’ll be riding my bike to school every day, starting this Monday. It’s too expensive to take the bus every single day, so I’m forced to do it. This, too, will help tone everything.

I just hope I can do this – well it’s not like I have a choice. I’ve been thinking about doing a weekly log-thing. Writing down what food I’ve eaten, what exercise I’ve done, and maybe some recipes, as I’m constantly looking on Pinterest for healthy, fun food.

I think that doing that, will help as well. So, starting next Sunday (August 11th) I’ll begin my Suck It Up Series. I hope you follow it and if you have any tips, tricks or recipes, please comment 🙂
